1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please note that during peak seasons, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

ESSANTIALS (Authentic Textile LLC) is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


6. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events outside of our control

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ESSANTIALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Contact us at contact@essantials.com

We will assist you in filing a claim where applicable.


8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details.


9. DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Include your order number

We will review the case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
