Refund policy

At ESSANTIALS, we are committed to providing high-quality blue light blocking glasses and eyewear designed to improve sleep and protect your eyes from digital screens. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Glasses must be in original condition with no scratches or damage

  • All original packaging, case, cloth, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or discounted eyewear

  • Gift cards

  • Glasses that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage not caused during shipping

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned glasses:

  • You will be notified if the refund is approved or rejected

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
